Para participar en el programa Andalucía en Flor es requisito indispensable la inscripción formal en el mismo. Las instituciones inscritas recibirán el distintivo de “Flor de Andalucía” pudiendo, desde ese momento, participar en la convocatoria de premios. Posteriormente el Jurado puntuará las propuestas recibidas a ser distinguidas.
Los galardones anuales que se concederán según el criterio de un jurado formado por personalidades de reconocido prestigio de los sectores del viverismo, centros de jardinería, jardinería y paisajismo, turismo, cultura y otros ámbitos relacionados con este programa de Andalucía.
